PECAN PALACE
Mined from the vaults of Telluride bartenders, a nutty infusion of pecans, walnuts, citrus, and herbs.
Pecan infused whiskey, sweet vermouth, amaro, curaçao, walnut bitters.
COLA CAMELEON
Whiskey and Coke, zhuzhed up with like minded citrus and herbal liquor.
Bourbon, Coca-Cola, lime, amaro.
CORN ‘N’ OIL
Tiki classic containing neither corn, nor oil. Strong dark rum flavor and lime to bring it home.
Velvet falernum, blackstrap rum, Jamaican rum, lime, tiki bitters, angustura bitters.
Pineapple Gin Whip
The foam might be the best part. Refreshing, crushable, you’ll want 4 and a to-go cup.
Gin, pineapple, orgeat, egg-white, bitters.
AMARETTO SOUR
A staple for my midnight craving. Sweet, sour, goes well with a chocolate chip cookie.
Amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, egg white, bitters.
CHARTRUESE SWIZZLE
It’s green, or yellow, you decide.
Chartreuse, velvet falernum, lime juice, pineapple juice.
